Hi everyone,I’ve been working on a few custom injection molding projects recently, and I’m curious — what steps do you usually take to ensure compatibility between your mold design and the final product dimensions?

For instance, I’ve noticed that when working with tighter tolerances, some open-source tools or modded templates come in handy for simulations and prototype adjustments.

Also, I found a Telegram Mod APK that provides some surprisingly good 3D preview and collaborative features — not traditionally part of mold design but handy for team communication and design sharing. Anyone here tried something similar?

Would love to hear how others in this forum streamline their design-check workflows.
