It now becomes evident that both National water development agency and EIA adviser AFCL (previously Agriculture Finance Corporation Ltd) are guilty of deceiving the MoEF's (Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change) Expert Accreditation Committee (EAC) on River Valley Projects, even once the KBPL was shared by the EAC through Aug 24-25, 2015, Oct 26-27, 2015 and Feb 7-8, 2016. We expect the EAC will take proper actions against the developer as well as the EIA adviser for deceiving the statutory official bureau.
