2 plate plastic mold also referred as standard mold is the most simple design, basically the structure design is divided into two side, cavity side and core side. Cavity side is the side that construct to flowing plastic material from nozzle to cavity parts, basically they consist of sprue, runner, while the core side is consist of core shape, ejector system.

Gating system are usually side gate, sub-marine gate, jump gate, slider jump gate and etc.
