Innovative R&D Projects

​

• 2018–2020
  Partnered with a Japanese company to incorporate TiO₂ (activated titanium dioxide) into plastic resin, resulting in the development of anti-bacterial plastic utensils. This breakthrough contributed to safer, more hygienic consumer products.

• 2019–2022
  Collaborated on the development of plastic pointe shoes, revolutionizing the traditional design.
  A New Core: Plastic Over Paste
  Replacing cardboard and wood with high-performance plastic, we introduced a durable, flexible, and consistent inner structure. Tested and approved by professional ballet dancers, this innovation sets a new standard in pointe shoe reliability.

• 2019–2022
  Worked with a UK product designer to create a one-push edible oil cap for the edible oil bottle industry.
  The new design eliminates common failures seen in ring-pull caps, offering a zero-failure solution that is easier to open—especially for household users. The cap has passed rigorous testing and is now a preferred choice for convenience and safety.

• 2020–2021
  In partnership with TNS Sdn. Bhd, we developed custom outdoor payment terminals for petrol and gas stations.
  These terminals meet all necessary certifications and environmental standards, featuring user-friendly designs and easy maintenance access.

• 2025–Present
  Currently engaged in joint R&D with AMIC to develop masking jigs for HOVF coating in the aerospace industry.
  This project focuses on identifying suitable materials and precision designs to meet the stringent demands of aerospace applications.​
