Non alcoholic wine was (real) wine before it went through the process of having the alcohol removed. Now it could be possible that every molecule of alcohol did not get removed and a little bit is still in there. But I’m guessing to get enough alcohol from that little bit to make you “drunk” would be very difficult. You would get sick on the volume needed before you got drunk.
