High demand for nitrile gloves amid Covid-19
The Covid-19 pandemic has created new business trends related to protective equipment such as masks and rubber gloves. Therefore, three partners joined forces to form HNMG to produce rubber gloves with international standards for the global market under the brand M+D GLOVE. The company hopes to be an internationally recognised rubber glove exporter and push the Thai economy to be a global rubber glove manufacturing centre.
Ms. Varintip “Mod” Divari, Founder and Managing Director of HN Medical Group Company Limited (HNMG), revealed that the Covid-19 epidemic in 2020 has made the world more aware of the dangers of viruses and their lethal potential. This has caused a rise in demand for protective equipment, such as masks and rubber gloves and, in particular, the use of single-use gloves, especially the nitrile kind which are valued for their effectiveness.
Market research revealed that there was a shortage of rubber gloves in April 2020, as well as other problems including quality, delivery, and counterfeiting of brands. The company came up with a solution to meet client needs in terms of both quality and quantity by inviting two experts - Vises International Group Co., Ltd. and Shino Plus Plus Co., Ltd. – to establish HNMG. The new company is committed to the promise: “To conduct business honestly and fairly for sustainable growth and the mutual benefit of partners, alliances and society, as well as contributing to the creation of products and activities for the public to have good physical and mental health.”
Today, HNMG is a global manufacturer of high-quality, industrial latex, nitrile, and vinyl gloves. The manufacturing plant is located at Phanat Nikhom District, Chon Buri Province. HNMG's gloves are certified to international standards in Asia, Europe, and America, and will operate under the M+D GLOVE and Kleanse brands, as well as four other export brands: M+D Plus, Easy Care, Palm Shield, and Safe Plus. In addition, the company has been selected as a manufacturer of nitrile gloves for the Japanese government, under the Palm Care brand (exclusive for Japanese market only), as well as for two European brands, Medybird from the U.K. and Cadmar from Ireland.

In response to the challenges faced by oversea healthcare facilities/companies to source quality gloves with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and CE approvals in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are offering our services for sourcing powder-free/powder nitrile examination gloves and personal protective equipment (PPE), in Thailand. We hope to give our value-added services to both the buyer and seller by giving the all-necessary information, verification, quality check (third party) and use international SOP to oversee the contracts and supply chain for inspection and timely delivery. We plan to source additional contracts and create relationships with the local industry.
We are current in the final stages to sign buyer-seller contracts for a total of 220 million additional gloves that will be delivered in 2021 -2022.
