Process Engineer (NPI), Plastic Injection Moulding

Primary Function

• Smooth operations of all engineering related activities of the product line concerned

• Improve quality and drive production yield

• New RFQ enquiry and provide cycle time study on new product

• Perform product and process validation

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering-related discipline, preferably in Polymer and Plastic technology, Mechanical

• At least 3 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Molding, preferably in medical and automotive industries

• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP and IOPQ
